Partner Yoga

Sunday, June 4 (10 – 11:30 a.m.)

Share in the joy of yoga with a friend or partner in this joint practice lead by Catherine Albertini and Lladro Finster.
We find that familiar postures of Hatha Yoga have a deeper effectiveness when two people work together. By Practicing in tandem, one person can go into a pose while the other applies leans, stretches, twists, and compressions. This mutual support allows for improved alignment, deeper poses and strengthening along the way.
As a added bonus partnering yoga tends to create a sense of safety and fosters trust and communication.

Mother’s Day Yoga at CreativiTee

Join us as we honor the earth with a one-hour yoga on Sunday, April 23, at GreenSpaceDesign by Jude, where you will be surrounded by lush plants, local artisan pottery, and relaxing water features.

After class, we will serve juice, bagels, muffins and fruit, and you will be able to shop for plants to beautify your home practice space.

Yogatini Martini Party

Now that the year is in full swing, let’s come together and give ourselves an evening of fun, self-care with other yogis, without the pressure of resolutions. Instead, we invite you to join us in celebrating our 2022 victories, both large and small, with a yoga class centered on conscious movement and thoughts, designed to bring our accomplishments into focus.

After a one-hour class, we will toast to our accomplishments with a special Yoga Escape Martini cocktail (or mocktail) curated for us by local mixologist, Joanna Lane. Enjoy a selection of local refreshments, music, & dancing. Local Henna artist Julie Brady will be available for those interested.

Restorative Yoga + Massage
Friday, January 27 (4:30 – 6 p.m.)

This 90-minute class combines yoga poses with massage to restore body, mind and spirit into a healthy, relaxed state. The class will incorporate breathing exercises and simple meditation practices followed by restorative yoga poses using a variety of props to ease you into greater relaxation. During the class, you will receive a gentle-pressure massage from massage therapist Alisha Jones.
