Mindful Awareness Workshop

Friday, October 19, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. &
Saturday, October 20, 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (with a regular yoga class Saturday 10-11 a.m.)
Understanding the importance of your mindset can open the door to more joy, healthier relationships, greater fulfillment and so much more. Health Coach Mersadee Lulay will clarify what “mindset” means in your daily existence and teach you how to break free of old patterns. The class includes a guided meditation and a discussion of other tools to help you gain and maintain mindset awareness. 
There will be no cost for this class, but we encourage donations for Mersadee’s time and energy.
