QIGONG CLASS

Friday, February 16, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Qigong is a traditional system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation. It has been used for centuries to improve health, to work with spirituality, and as a martial arts training modules. The translation of Qigong is Life Energy Cultivation” – a good thing! 
 
Yoga Escape is hosting a special evening of Qigong on Friday, Feb. 16 with guest instructor Steve Rosen. Steve will guide us through a sequence of standing flowing movements, which coordinate well with breathing, and can be meditative.  This will be followed by a silent meditation period. Following the session, Steve will be available for conversation and to answer questions. Some snacks will be provided.
